"Thread the needle through the eye"

Films: Metamorphosis (1990)

Alias: None

Type: Mutant

Location: Civilized Area

Height/Weight: That of an average human.

Affiliation: Neutral

Summary: We already did a Metamorphosis movie this year! Why do we need to be saddled with another one that's not only derivative, but boring to boot?! Whatever...

History: Dr. Peter Houseman was hoping to invent a serum that would slow down human deterioration with age. But constant budgetary threats and consistent failure drove him to desperately inject it into himself. At first, it seemed to work quite well. But now, he's been experiencing a few changes. And he's doing bad things that he can't seem to remember...

Notable Kills: Nothing special.

Final Fate: Eventually, Houseman degenerates into a reptilian beast that takes a whole lot of gunfire before deteriorating into a sticky mass of flesh.

Powers/Abilities: Enhanced strength

Weakness: His body is actually growing weaker and less stable over time.

Scariness Factor: 2-Everything about Houseman is pitiful. He's losing his mind to a serum he created, he's dying with each day, and his final form is hardly seen due to how stiff and dumb it looks.

Trivia: -This film was also known as "Regenerator" and, rather bafflingly, "Reanimator 2" in Spain.

-The infamous shot of Houseman's eye getting injected was done with a pig's eye.

Needle in the eye?! Who thought this was a good idea?!
I am witnessing. And it is slow...
You'd think they'd have to put him down before he became a monster.
